You are charged for the first order at checkout. After that, the same order is sent and charged automatically every 30 days — so choose the number of jars your dog goes through in a month: one jar under 11 lbs (5 kg), two jars from 11 to 77 lbs (5–35 kg), three jars over 77 lbs (35 kg).
You can pause it, change the frequency or cancel it at any time before the next charge, from the link in your order confirmation email or from your account. There is no minimum number of orders and no phone call.

The order leaves the warehouse within 1 to 2 working days and is then delivered in about 8 to 10 days, with a tracking link by email. Shipping is free.
